Challenges included a dynamic design environment associated with the fast-track nature of the project, phased demolition to accommodate the Hilton’s temporary need to continue using certain structures slated for removal, building out to the property line at this exceptionally busy intersection in the heart of Beverly Hills and ensuring safe, continuous operation of the Beverly Hilton directly adjacent, so that it could continue hosting such signature events as the Golden Globe Awards.
